Evie, I am so sorry about your mother's cancer. I have no information about Hydrazine Sulphate. Is it an alternative to standard western medicine? I assume you have search the Internet for it. If not, then just Google it and see what you find.

Someone else may know more.

I did move your topic to the Head and Neck cancer forum because you might get more relevant information here.

I wish you and your mother the best.

From the the brief post I take it that the head and neck cancer is not responding to normal therapy (please provide more detail).

I personally do not believe that trying hydrazine sulfate is the right thing to do. Instead I suggest going to a large referral center, such as a University hospital that sees many head and neck cancer patients and ask about participation in a clinical trial. New - oftentimes promising drugs are available that way. The chance that such a treatment will work in a refractory cancer is probably small, but in my opinion is still substantially higher than using an unproven alternative treatment. I do not know any details so please discuss this carefully with your mother's MD.

I treat head and neck cancer patients every day and I am willing to use anything that help my patients. Hydrazine sulfate is not something I have ever considered useful.
