I wanted to know if LSIL should be treated immediately, i have gotten 3 different docotrs opinions, 2 of them said that i should take care of it, the 3rd one said that it will most likely go away on its own. I am not quite sure what to do, apparently there is a really small percentage of it spreading and becoming CIN 2 or 3, is there anything that i can do, any vitamin i can take to make sure that it doesnt spread?

Dear Lisa,

SIL itself will not spread and is not cancer. However, it may progress and become cancerous (I think you are already clear about it). At least you should have very close follow-up with your physician if you decide not to take care of it now. It is not a medical emergency, but it is definitively a concern.

There is no evidence of any therapeutic effects of Vitamin to treat cancer.
