I am seeing alot posted on swelling of nodes in the upper body, but has anyone had swelling of the Femoral nodes?

About 2 weeks ago, I used the bathroom & noticed swelling on the right of my vagina, and a lump that I can feel outside and inside. The lump is not really hard and not soft - kind of rubbery feeling and not at all painful.

In the last 2 weeks it has reduced in size but not gone away. It feels big, but things usually feel bigger then they are. I would say about 3 cm or so realistically. I had drank several glasses of wine the night before and then last night I had a couple glasses of wine and noticed it was swollen more again this morning. That's what is leading me to believe it is a lymphnode.

Anyone with something similar? Oh, I have made and appointment with my OB/GYN for Friday.
