With cancer on both sides of my family and with the loss of several relatives to cancer I am trying to seek out what might be best to lower my chances or prevent myself from getting cancer. Can those of you who have researched this please tell me what you feel will help lower or prevent cancer? I realize diet, supplements, exercise and a healthy lifestyle are very important but I need some guidance as to where to start and would like some documented sources of actual things you can do to help prevent this terrible disease. I have alot of anxiety over thinking I will get cancer. I figure the only way to alleviate some of this anxiety is to do some research and adapt my lifestyle to a healthier one. Also what are your opinions about detoxifications and supplements? Thank you for your input.

The best advice...get regular check-ups. If you catch it early, you'll have a better chance of surviving.

But a good diet and healthy exercise will also help. If you have these, supplements are not necessary.

Also, write very large: "DON'T WORRY". Mental stress is not helpful.

I have a personal experience with health supplements that have the potential to cure cancer. My grandma was diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo surgery. The condition was rather bad at that time, but a friend introduced me to a health product. She's been taking it consistently and she has, since then, regained her health. This product is also used for prevention, which my family also take for maintanence purposes, to prevent the onset of cancer. You might like to try it.
