anyone had large movable lyph node What is this ?

My question is can you have hodgkin or NHL and the lymph node in question is very large yet movable? Right now I am in the process of getting tests and such, they clain through the ultrasound that I am fine, and that it is normal tissue. But why is it so big after 3 months no infections?
