I'm only nineteen years old and just minutes ago I noticed that something is growing in my rectum region... I honestly do not know what to do and I am to embarrassed to ask anyone about it.... not to be graphic but i honestly don't know what it could be... please help

First of all, odds are this is not cancer. It can be a hemorrhoid or a peri-rectal abscess. Rectal cancer would be very unlikely in your age group. But you need to be seen by a doctor so he/she can examine you.
