I am 39 years old and smoked a pack a day for 14 yrs. I was in the hospital 2 weeeks back on blood pressure related problems. A chest X-ray revealed no problems. However a CT scan showed a small node (1.1 cm) in the righ helix and another (1.2 cm) in the mediasternum. However no tumors were found. Is it possible to have lung cancer where the only symptoms is enlarged lymph-nodes, but no tumors?
