I was wondering if anybody could refer me to any sites or text books regarding mass info on cancers and other diseases. Ive always wanted to be a doctor since i was 9 believe it or not. I would like to study up on these things, my HSC (high school certificate) is coming up this year and i would love to get some information for my science assignments i have picked. Also keep in mind i am not a net junky just an occasional user and i love reading, so text books would be great.

Steve, go to a local hospital (the larger ones especially) and ask where the medical library is. When you get there, speak with the librarian about your specific interest. The librarian will be able to help. Be ready to be overwhelmed! Very Happy You might also want to ask for a medical dictionary. Hospital Medical Libraries do tend to have something for everyone... that is, they do have some intro to cancer type books as well as books for the experts. Good luck and good reading.
