Hi!

I'm aware that total PSA levels can fluxuate depending on activity. What about free PSA? I can't find a thing on what (other than cancer) might cause a really low Free PSA % score.

Low Free PSA might mean a 50% chance that this is cancer. OK, well what causes a low Free PSA in the other 50%? Anyone know?

Thanks a lot!!

Ted

I have heard that an infection, possibly chronic, can affect free PSA as well as total PSA.
