I am 27 and i have had a small lump on the top of my left testical since i was 15 is it possible to have testicular cancer for 11 years? the reason i am asking is becuase i am having the symptoms of stomach cancer and i am affraid that i could have had testicular cancer and it has spread somebody please reply as soon as possible please.

Hi jimmy7777

Sorry to find you so worried. It is unlikely that you have had testicular cancer for 11 years as it very aggressive. You need to see a doctor regarding your other concerns. Do it as soon as you can.

I dont think u have cancer in both places, becasue that means the cancer has spreaded from one location, say stomach, to another location, testicle, and that constisture a stage 4 cancer (terminal cancer) and a stage 4 cancer patients generally die within 2 years after cancer is found in the 2nd location. The fact that u have survive that long, and that you are so young, does not indicate that they are cancer at all. But, you should go to see a doctor quick.
