Grrr....I will have my first follow up pap after my leep...Why do I feel like a black cloud is over me? I am soooo wound up over this, I am making myself sick! Shocked

Don't worry yourself silly! you aren't even waiting for the results yet! Lol jk.

I always try to think that there isn't any point in worrying if we do not know what we are worring about yet. (easier said than done).

But as soon as you do get the results, make sure to let us know! We will support you, positive or negative! Very Happy

Pap came back ASCUS....Blah...I guess its the best of the bad....Blah...Oh well...We will re-check in 4 months...Is that safe?

that is one way to putting it, the best of the bad, as far as I have learned, ASCUS is the lowest form of cervical change. and i believe check-ups are anywhere between 4-6 months.

And if i remember correctly, you have a cone biopsy in june that resulted in clear margins?

I think your doctor is being very cautious with you and I guess in 4 months they will do another pap and possibly a colp again if it is still ASCUS.

but in other words...yay its not worse! lol Razz
