I'm not sure about sugar-free foods, and yesterday I bought a pack of sugar-free trident gum. I'm just curious about sugar-free because I'm trying to stay away from foods that have refined sugar. A couple of days ago I wanted to try some Quaker Oats instant oatmeal but I noticed the 14-18gram sugar count and when I opened a package of strawberry and cream oatmeal a spoonful of sugar came out. I immediately threw the box away and just ate some natural oatmeal with some cranberries.
