My boyfriend is 27 and has found a lump in his cheek approx 3-4 months ago. First ENT suggested parotid ductal tumor and wanted to remove it and diagnose post-operatively, 3rd ENT suggests lymphoma and wants a diagnosis before surgery. He has had one biopsy and it came back "reactive lymph tissue." He is scheduled for another biopsy next week. It has grown, no pain, no other symptoms. The debate is the type of surgery to be performed (inside the cheek or skin peel technique) because of the danger of damaging the facial nerve. His case is rare, being a tumor of the parotid, but more so because of where it is located possibly suggesting lymphoma? (His is in the middle of his cheek whereas parotid tumors are usually near the ear). Has anyone ever heard/seen this before? Thank you

I have experience with non-hodgkins lymphoma of the parotid gland.
