I am 61, had radical prostatectomy in FEb 2002 and radiation (no seeds) in early 2003. During the radiation treatment I noticed on my monthly testicle exams that both had very small lumps at the bottom of each. The radiation oncologist dismissed this saying I am too old for testicular cancer.

I then went to the urologist who did an ultrasound and said the lumps are not cancerous. He said many of his vasectomy patients experience this. The lumps now are about 10% of each testicle but the growth seems to have stopped. I have no soreness or other problem from the lumps.

Is this normal? Is it fuid building up that has no where to go? Or what?

Thanks. Rolling Eyes

Yes, at your age it is very unlikely. The growths are almost certainly benign and not to worry.
