Hey ChemoMan,

I just wanted to post an update.

I was diagnoses with Marginal B Cell NHL. After further biopsys/bone marrow biopsy It was determined to be Stage IV. Now even though it is not in my Bone Marrow, it is considered stage IV if there are spots in different areas of the body (therefore it traveled so it is stage IV). But being an indolent type, there generally is not much to worry about, but more of the "Wait and See" Approach.

I am though going through Proton Radiation Therapy to remove the two "bumps". It is a night dosage at 50 seconds each bump x 20 treatments. almost 1/2 way through and I feel fatigue setting in (which is wierd since it is not a high dose).

Anyway, I hope this post helps someone going through this in the future. And I hope all is well Down Under, with you Chemo Man!
Hello again
Nice to hear from you again and good to hear you so positive !
Don't be worried about the staging. Most indolent lymphomas are staged late because they present few symptoms in early stages. You will be OK Smile
I had my scans last week and I am still in remission. All my affected nodes continued to shrink from the last scans and now they are within normal parameters. Another year and a half and I will get the all clear Smile To top it all off summer is around the corner and the weather is perfect Smile

Cheers and good luck on the journey, and as my Doctor said when I asked him what to look out for "look out for cars when you cross the road"
