If anyone is trying to keep a high protein diet or anything else that your doctors have requested www.fitday.com is a good daily planner site and it keeps track of all your intake.

Sasha, I am leaving your link although I am not totally sure that it is not an ad. However, since the site does offer a free service (in addition to the software for sale), I am leaving it. My firewall and spyware did not detect any tracking cookies or other dangers from this site but I did not register.

Sasha, do you use the free service? Does registering mean you receive any unwanted emails from them?

I am useing it for everybody in the house, you can set goals for what you want to get in a day for protein, carbs, or anything that is important in a diet for every individual, I dont recieve emails from them, it is just a very helpful free program. you can put in every food you eat daily and it figures the amounts of everything for you. It is basically a daily tracker.
