food. If they go to the FDA list of things that cause acrylamide in foods. Acrylamide was found by the FDA as causing cancer in human and they are working to find a way to stop the way companies process foods.

Acrylamide appears to form as a byproduct of high-temperature cooking processes. Especially in potatoes and cereals. Acrylamide does not form if just boiling. The microwave was also shown to produce acrylamide in food.

I read your story and know October 2007 your loss was very great. I am trying to view the stories one by one as I am doing this research and even now after three years, it is very hard to revisit the pain. I commend you for having the ability to continue encouraging others as I could not for some time.

I took over a year to research all about Parkinson's - dementia as this was what my Mom died from nine months after Dad and my Uncle too with Alzhemers and now I felt I was ready to study more about cancer.

I really feel this year will be the year things turn totally around for true discovery and even though many we loved did not make it, it will not be wasted if we make a difference.
