Already Posted this, but here goes...

Natural looking Eyebrows for MEN and Women.

Using eyeshadow (in a matte) with a tiny lip brush to feather across brow, will help keep some colour and thinkness in the brows.

If No brows left. then heres a good gide to draw them on. Using a soft pencil in grey, brown.

!. Use a pencil to lay across your face. Lay the length of the pencil on your nostril.

2. Line the pencil at the inner corner of you eye. Use the pencil to dot or mark a soft line here. (this is the start of your brow)

3. Then look directly at ourself in the mirror line the pencil at the outer edge of your iris. Mark. (this should be the arch- higest point of the brow.

4. Then put the pencil against your nostril again, and to the outer corner of you eye. Mark (this is where the brow should finish).

Using the pencil sketch- soft brush strokes- going from one point to the other. Till you have a soft line- brow. You then can use the soft tiny lip brush to again, soft stroke, the eyeshadow (matte) on the line to thicken and make a brow.

A good Moisturiser will help with shallow and tight skin. Alot of the time Skin can tighten up and feel paper thin with having Chemo.

The skin may also break out and become pimple like- Using tea tree lotion or oil- (in those spots only) will help with the healing process, and the recovery time of a breakout. Please note= is quite smelly, so may effect those easily sick.

Your skin will change pigmentation/colour while on medications and Chemo. So therfore all your makeup will become wrong.

Arrow Foundations- try sticking to more beige and pink tones in foundation (most skin will have a yellow base or tinge, so the pink and beige will even it out.) A mineral foundation is great , as you can add more, or less- plus some have a bronzer in it- so a glow without adding bronzers.. All in one)

Arrow camouflage- concealier is great for dark shadows undereyes, but also for under the cheek bones and jawline- if you have lost alot of weight int he face. This will plump those areas up.

Arrow Where ever you want to draw out/ plump/ or highlight. Such as under eyes, cheek bones, even the forhead and chin. Use a lighter power or eyeshadow to lighten.

Arrow where ever you want to hide/sink/or contour, use a bronzer, or darker powder.

Arrow Bronzers are great for a glow, as a blush or even as eyeshadow. Make sure it's not too shiney- otherwise makes you look oily. A litttle shine will make you look younger, healthier.

Arrow lip glosses will not only give your lips the condition it needs, but also makes them look smoother and softer. (chemo can dry and crack the lips) soft and light colours are softer and fuller.

For dry skin on the arms or legs Olive Oil is good though you may smell like a salad Smile

The Body Shop also has a terrific cream called Hemp Body Butter. It's also very good and doesn't have the perfume of their other body butters so the gentlemen may feel more comfortable using this.

Grape seed oil is a good carier oil-

Then you don't smell like salad and it's a great medium, to add a essential oil- like lavender etc.... Make sure it is a true essential oil though- Some people have irritations to sythetic oils.

Sea salts or spa/foot salts a great scrub when addd to oil- You mix a few teaspoons of salts with a little oil- till it makes a slush- then scrub over dry areas. then rinse in shower (makes a mess, so maybe do in the shower) Makes the skin feel unbelievable
