My Aunt happens to be a very health-conscious person, who works at a private hospital MRI lab and keeps track with daily health issues and health-oriented news. She gave my mom this article about "Apple Cider Vinegar," an amazing natural formula that can help benefit the problems/symptoms in your body in many ways. I was glad to hear that this simple formula can help with my pains and joint osteoporosis/osteonecrosis problems, instead of taking over-the-counter drug medications. I first met this over 40 years ago when a great-aunt suffering from appalling arthritis took to using it, together with kibbling her own wheat and ceasing to eat meat. It was very fashionable for a while but rather dropped out of sight until recently when it seems to be having a comeback.

It is supposed to correct over-acidity in the system.

I have tried it, but it did not suit my digestion!

Apple cider vinegar works great. While reading about skin problems I stumbled across info on apple cider vinegar. It definitely is that natural remedy that few know about, because after reading on it I found out it helps with a lot of conditions and diseases.

If you google search it, you can find some good info.
