Hey everyone,

I just finished my 12 treatments of ABVD two weeks ago. The doctor was not clear on how long I'm supposed to refrain from drinking alcohol. I went out to dinner last night and had a drink. Now I know that one of the symptoms of Hodgkin's is pain on the site of the cancer after consumption of alcohol.

Half way through my treatment I had a pet scan done and it showed no traces of cancer, but now I'm a little worried because after having that drink last night my neck was hurting just like right before I was diagnosed. Does anyone know if the alcohol related pain ever goes away?

Any responses would be appreciated. Thank you.
