I would like to say hello to everybody. I am new to these boards. I have recently been diagnosed with adenocarcoma. The doc says it is the most common form of stomach cancer. Everybody tells me that I should seek support. This way I can talk to people that are or have gone through the same things I am about to. I recently talked with the chemo oncologist and I understand that they will try to shink the tumor. Before they operate. I have not been scheduled for treatments yet but will be soon. I am sure that I will need to talk to people that have been through it. I don't want to ramble on and on. For now all I want to do is introduce myself.

Hello,

Welcome to the forums. Just wanted to say Hi and wish you luck during (and after) your treatments. There are many folks here who can share histories and support.

best
Leo

Pauly, welcome to the Cancer Forums. I am very sorry that you have an adenocarcoma (sic. maybe adenocarcinoma??) of the stomach. Not knowing the exact chemotherapy your oncologist is planing to use, the rest sound normal... chemo+radiation followed be surgery. We are here for you so go ahead and post more about you, your case, and any questions you might have.
