Oh Nicola, I have wondered what happened with your husband and am so sorry to hear that he has died Sad . It is especially sad since his death left you and your children without any support. GBMs are just such a dreadful form of cancer that do not spare young or old. I will continue to thing and pray for you and your children.

Nicola,
I am so sorry to hear your dear husband has passed. This disease is certainly not a respector or persons in any sense. You are in my prayers and thoughts. Please know if you just need somewhere to vent, talk things out, whatever--you can do it hear. Many of us that are still here have lost loved ones and we know that sometimes you just feel like there is no one that you can unburden yourself too. this is a great place and is probably one of the big reasons that I've made it this far.

Michele

Dear Nicola, So sorry to hear of yr terrible loss. So young & so tragic 4 u & the loved ones left behind. I hate this bloody cancer business. My bro has GBM IV he is only 46yrs young. It's a waiting game for all involved & you have to hang on to the love, fun, good times & memories u shared with your darling Husband. I pray that u & yr child will be blessed & surrounded with the love & support of family & friends. God knows u need it now more than ever. God sees & he will provide. Thinking of u. Love & Blessings, Aussie Angie.

Hi Nicola, if I could scream and swear and cry and all that on here I would - it wouldn't accomplish much - but sometimes you feel like doing it. I am so very sorry that you and your family and your loving husband had to go through this terrible disease and that he is now no longer with you and your children. It is just so unfair that anyone (let alone a loved one) has to go through this. I am 44 and my partner is only 45 and has GBMIV (although at this stage he is going good). I can't even imagine life without him and what you must be going through at this time. All I can do is send you my love and support and a shoulder to cry on. Please don't be afraid to reach out for help - whether it be to family / friend / this forum / cancer support group or a counsellor. I would like to think there is always someone to help if you ask for it. Love to all. Jen
