Hey everyone, I'm a 19 year old male and I need your advice on this.

I have lump on the back of my right thigh.

Its been there since as long as I can remember, but lately it has grown suddenly and now it bleeds a very foul-smelling, dark red colored pus.
It is very painful.

i will go to a doctor very soon (gathering courage right now)

I think (hope) it is just a pimple or acne since I have had those all over my body. Although its curious to why it popped up on the lump.

But, does anyone have any info on this? It woud be greatly appreciated.

dude, chil.. - call the Doc. the same one that treats your acne. You should have done this already. It's probably nothin'.

Hi Jason,

I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like whatever is, is infected. Call your family doc or your dermatologist and get it checked out. Since it's getting worse, the sooner the better and you'll have some peace of mind too and that goes a long ways.

I had something similar, minus the smell! It worried the heck out of me but ended up being an ingrown hair. Have it checked out and let us know.
