Hi,

I gained weight with FEC, I'm sure due to the steroids I got with it and because chemo put me into early menopause. The main thing is eat whole wheat everything, no white rice or bread. Eat the right kind of carbs, drink lots of water and exercise. I've lost about 25 pounds since I quit being frustrated and got serious Smile
