Is Immunotherapy a haux? Or does it actually work? Do clinics like Dr. Issels work?

There is nothing but good things about it on the internet. I guess because there trying to make a profit so they prey on vonerable cancer patients and their families. Is there any alternative or preventative treatment that works or has hope? Its looking good for my moms small cell lung cancer, but even if she has a remission, I want to ensure she stays there. What about that Vit. C IV... Its too hard to distinguish between what works and what doesent!

There are hoaxes and some are not. Chemotherapy destroys cancer cells, but one problem is that it also destroys your white blood cells. Without them, your body is prone to infection and diseases. a strong immune system is the best way to cure cancer as our immune system can fight all kinds of diseases when it is working at its best in a mild alkaline conditions!
