I've seen the news footage of mud slides in California, flooding in Ohio, heard about the ice storms that seem to be happening all over and snow in Las Vegas. My this is a strange winter. We may be getting our first 1 inch snowfall this winter in Minneapolis tonight. We shall see. I just hope everyone is managing to survive the weather this weird winter. And, let us remember to send prayers to the victims of the tsunami and the people working to help them. What a tragedy that was. Hugs to all, Lauri

Lauri, I know what you mean. This has been a strange winter so far. We had 4 inches of snow the day after Christmas...here in NC. But the past several days, we have been basking in Springtime weather...upper 70s. But things are suppose to return to normal here sometime this weekend.

I pray for all the ones lost in these tragic weather stories.

Well, I've been traveling in central Florida and the weather has been perfect...upper 70's and sunny. We took a side trip to Disney between my appointments at Moffitt. It was kind of nice to be able to enjoy myself for a bit. But at home...on the Florida panhandle...they have been sitting in the dense fog for the last week. It is kind of wierd.

My prayers are with the tsunami victims as well as those people dealing with the mudslides and ice storms.

I'm in California and this is the first day, without rain, since the last week in December. It's suppose to come back this weekend Mad
