Hi, I am sorry of this is the wrong place to post this but I found a few other threads about testicle cancer and lumps so I figured it was best to go here.

About 6 days ago I noticed a red lump half way down my penis on the right under side of the penis. It was fairly small and was just a bump in the skin, it was slightly red but there was no real colour to it. I have had a spot on my penis before which I popped and white puss and liquid came out. After that the spot began to get smaller and dissapear however this one seems to be different.

I didn't pay much attention to it for a couple of days and just expected it to go down or eventually burst. I showed my girlfriend and got her to feel it and she said it was deffinetely some kind of bump in the skin. I did touch it and mess with it alot but i never tryed to pop it or anything like that. Eventually it seemed to get bigger and bigger and was almost like a bubble. When looking at it after a few days it was quite white towards the top so I knew it must have some kind of puss in it. Today it was fairly big and quite painful when touching it or putting any force down on to it aswell. I went to the bath room and squeezed it between my fingers and then scratched it slightly with my nail and it made a pin hole in it. I then squeezed it and alot of puss, see through liquid and blood came out of it. I squeezed it for a fair while to make sure I got alot of it out but as far as I can tell theres still stuff in there. I squeezed it a bit more awhile ago and it was just blood that came out. Its still fairly big but it has gone down in size compared to before i popped it.

Does anyone know what this is? is it just a normal cyst?
