My father has weeks, maybe days, to live. I just can't stop crying. Most of the time I revert to a foetal ball and sob endlessly. I feel I've lost control and I'm barely keeping up appearances.

Hi sparky!

My name is Jo and i just wanna tell you that you dont have to keep up appearances. You are allowed to be upset and people around you will understand.

I know its hard and i know that you feel like you are never going to stop crying, but when you have cried so much it hurts, thats when you realise and come to an understanding that you can get through this and you will get through this. Maybe not today or tomorrow but one day.
