Hi Rose - what exactly are you looking for - alternative therapy to radiotherapy? Or complementary therapies to do at the same time?

There are many different ideas about supplements and suchlike, some weirder than others, many very good. Have a look at these sites for some information :

Rose, I know it is your choice, sweetie, but don't forego the rads. They really help. I have heard of a lot of women whose cancer came back in the scarline, after mastectomy. Then I see that they didn't have rads. I have even heard of it coming back in the breast of women who chose lumpectomy and did have rads. I think you have a better chance with the rads, though. I had lumpectomy, first. I then had to have chemo. After chemo, even though I was going to have mastectomies, my onc sent me to have rads...prior to the mastectomy. I told the onc that if I was having mastectomy, why did I need rads? He was one of those old guys. He told me that I would not want the cancer to come back in the skin. If I did not have rads, it would be a great possibility. He said that I would be in big trouble as it would be very hard to get rid of. I am so thankful that I listened to him. Rads really are not that bad. You don't feel anything and the treatment is over is less than five minutes.
