Well i have decided to have chemo i will be receiving VAD and that will be 4 days straight every 4 weeks for i think 4 or 5 mths and then a stemcell transplant and then who knows what will happen. I get a port-a-cath in next week and then i suppose it will be all systems go.
I am going to keep posting on this site as i see a lot of people read it and maybe there is someone out there who is going through what i am or maybe there are people out there who might just want to Know the out come

Hello Shaz,

My thoughts are with you over the next few weeks, my Mum was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma nearly 8 years ago and i remember when she first went into hospital for her chemo and what she went through.

Please post back how your doing x

Thanks nici24. Your mother is well i hope, 8 years that makes me feel more positive. I start chemo on the 5th of March. I will keep you posted.
