I have just returned home from the hospital and was looking for some tips from those more experienced on how to deal with the pain from the incision-uncomfortable getting up out of bed, and from the rectum - uncomfortable sitting.

I don't want to take any more than I have to of the oxycontin because it is supposed to be constipating, though it does a GREAT job.
