I'm 19 years old and I recently went through a colposcopy and then cryotherapy. The doctor told me to expect a clear or white discharge.

Well, I am having a lot of discharge and it is yellowish. Also it is VERY foul smelling.

Is this normal? Could this be a sign of infection?

I have always been told that ANY discharge that is foul smelling or burning should be reported to the doctor. I'd call and let them know. You could have an infection.
