I like Amber also found a lump in my virgina, but unlike her their is no way im having a baby. IT is very sore, and is causeing me alot of pain, I called for an appointment, and cant get in till Jan 13th. IM also running a temp of 100 to 101.5. DOES anyone have any idea what this could be?

You could have an abscess there, which is a focus of infection, which should be drained. Anyhow, you should be seen by a doctor to get this checked out.
