I have someone who is very close to me who recently told me she has colon cancer. She has know for atleast 12 months, and refused treament when she was diagnosed. Now, a year later, she is getting very ill. My question is what is the survival rate with no treatment? She was told about 2 months ago she only had about 6 months? I'm really confused and I can't seem to find any info online.

The time left depends on many matters. If she's not taking any chemo therapy, the time can be around half a year or more. What is relevant is that when the cancer proceeds it grow mets all over. Sometimes they locate poorly like to the liver. And if you get all yellow this time and refuse to the possibility to put stents to your liver it's pretty much possible to live about next 3weeks. So like I said -prognastics in these situations are somewhere "about". Sometimes people survive for good time, sometimes the time is less. Also the beginning health has to go with the process and normally the colon cancer it has been there for years ahead. Just without scopia it hasn't been found earlier.
