Hi,
I'm trying to find out what the best thing is to deal with chemo nausea? I'd like some medical as well as natural solutions if possible.
Cheers, Karen

Ativan/Lorazapam is a nausea/sleeping pills. I took it to help prevent nausea from chemo. It may help for chemo nausea but it didn't help me much with sleeping. Either way I vomitted no matter what but I think it helped.

My Wife found that an ice cold popcicle helps a lot. No idea why, but it works. Usually one will do.
