Hi. I am a new member in this forum. I have a malignant mass n my liver. It was found incidently last May and I hvae been doing chemo.

Welcome,
I'm here because my mom has lung and liver cancer. Her spirit is very high and now I know that is the most important factor in fighting cancer.

Hello obie,

If you don't mind sharing:
a) What is the extent of the disease? (eg. how many tumours, any metastases, etc.)
b) Were you offered and tried any treatment apart from chemo?
c) What chemo drugs regimens did you try and how were the results?

Reason i'm asking:
a+b) If it's still early, you may want to try other treatment methods since chemo is not very promising
c) for my own knowledge. I've tried Avastin+Xeloda but it stopped growing. Going to start on gemcitabine+oxaliplatin soon.
