92 yr old .. colorectal cancer .. thru colon wall and in 1-3 lymph nodes .. blocked bowels .. diverting colostomy done to relieve bowels. NO surgery to take out cancer, no chemo, no radiation. Also advanced alzheimer's. What is the opinion on life expectancy.

Dear Sarrie,

I don't really have an opinion on this, but it sounds like they have had a very full life,per the age. No one knows how long they will live but it seems to me that if they did surgery or treatments it would probably affect the quality of life that does remain. As long as they are comfortable and not in any pain, enjoy the time You can with this person.My thoughts and prayers are with You.
