Hello everyone. Since my last post my father had a successful whipple (Mid June) and has recovered remarkedly well. He is driving, walking and pretty much eating back to normally with the exception of occasional heartburn/ refulx. However, we did learn his stage of cancer was T3N1MX and he did have 4 of his 33 lymph nodes removed. We are now in the process of looking for an oncologist in the pa area. We are looking for the best obviously. Does anyone know of anyone good or bad? Also, anyone have any thoughts on his staging? Since he has clear margins does the stage not really matter or because the cancer did go to some of the lymph nodes is this just the calm before the storm??? Please help.
