I came by to see how everyone was doing. I've congrated Roxanne by e-mail, but I'll do it here too...........congrats Roxi, everything is looking good and sounding good.
Sharon, I'm glad Georgia wrote you, she told me she would. I'm glad your 2nd treatment has been easier then the 1st. I bet you're even more glad.... lol
I'm still having a hard time dealing with the loss of my close friends Kim and Donna so close together and my check up is in 2 weeks, which just adds a touch (yea right) more anxiety.
Take care and keep the good news coming
Hugs and love

Hi Nancy,
It's going to take lots of time to deal with the loss of Kim and Donna. But they will ALWAYS be in your heart.
Meanwhile, continue to take care of yourself. And remember - we will all be here on Valentine's Day to cheer you on while you are at your follow-up exam. Better yet - while you are being examined, imagine that we are all there in the room with you holding your hand! LOL Well, maybe you won't want all of us there! LOL
Hugs,
Margie |

LOL Thanks for the smile Margie. I'd love to have ya'll there, but for some unknown reason....lol they call me "trouble" and I can't imagine. Everyone there is wonderful, but unless you've walked in our shoes.....well walking in our shoes, there's no way to understand. Nothing I did would surprise my onco, so come on down
I know this cold, wet, gloomy weather isn't helping my mood. I've got to find a job and get my mind of other things. Me and thinking are a dangerous combination.
Thanks again and I'll talk to you soon
Hugs

Margie is just so cool, Nancy. I loved her idea.

I know I will be in the room for you, Nancy, at least spiritually. Wishing and praying for all good blessings to flow to you on the 14th. I know things are so rough for you right now. I wish I could help some of the hurt, in the way you have helped me to get through this 'thing'.
Many hugs

Hi Nancy, glad you dropped in and posted. I know how hard it is to lose those we are close to. I have another internet support group that I post with, and we have lost so many good friends in the last few years. We have had gatherings and met face to face, so the deaths are especially hard to take. So, you just give yourself time. Good luck with that appointment in two weeks. I'll have to go get a pink feather boa for the occasion. Wouldn't want to disappoint your doctor. We'll be there in spirit holding your hand. Hugs, Lauri _________________ Diagnosed 4/11/1996
