Hi I was just wondering how some people first found out they had Lymphoma. I am getting bumps on my neck, back, behind the ears, and chest about the size of a jelly bean. About 2-3 weeks later they either go away or leak a fluid, pus out of them. Then I get a few more and so on. This has been going on for about 2 years. These bumps are a bright red too and very noticable and others are always asking what they are. The doctors prescribe monocycline (antibiotic) and they dont do anything. Do these bumps that people get leak fluid? I know this isnt acne because I had acne in my earlier years and these are huge bumps like I said jelly bean sized and were talking 4-5 on my neck, 10 on back, 5 on chest, had them behind both ears. Thanks

Oh I also wanted to say too that I can go to bed with nothing in a certain area and when i wake up there will be a huge red bump the next morning. Funny how such a big bump can form overnight.

HI,
well i found my lump in october 2005 just by accident and was worried about from the 1st time that i felt.. so surely enough i got diagnosed with lymphoma in nov 2005.
i really dont know wot ur bumps can be but i really doubt it wouldnt b lymphoma 4 the simple fact that people with lymphoma have LUMPS under the skin which r hard, dont really move and r not sore 2 touch, ur BUMPS r completely different coz they are red, leak fluid and come and go.. which lymphoma does not do.
but if u havent seen a doctor about ur bumps then u should just 4 peace of mind.

yeah thanks for the reply. I had gone to a doctor and I keep getting antibiotics but today was my first day in 2 years that I havent taken them. They dont do anything at all and the doctor keeps telling me to take them. They make me so sick too. I will have to find a new doctor and get a second opinion on this because its absolutely ruining my life. I cant even leave the house like this half the time because its so noticable. I just hope I can figure it out so I can move on with my life.
