i just wanted to throw this out to you in case it is in fact valid information. i learned recently about the 8 essential sugars. apparantly, like amino acids and fatty acids, there are also essential carbohydrates which are the essential sugars. 6 of them aren't part of the typical modern diet. They are said to heal the cells, which heal the tissues, which heal the organs, which allows your body to do what it does best...heal itself. the sugars are supposed to act as a way for the cells to communicate effectively and properly in order for them to do what they are intended to do.
Upon doing research on the Internet, i was bombarded with ads about Ambrotose as you will be. Ambrotose is super expensive. So, I took my research offline and read about foods that contain the 8 sugars. I then found dry powders that when mixed contain all 8 sugars. I put them in capsules and started taking them last week. I have taken Ambrotose in the past out of convenience and I began feeling a bit better but then it ran out.

there are links provided to buy the stuff online but you can find the stuff locally i'm sure. i'll be honest, i get commissions if someone were to buy from the links i have there, but that's not my intention. my intention is to provide you with this, in my eyes, valuable information. if you'd rather, i can list the products on this forum.
