Hello everyone,

A relative of mine was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme. She lives in El Salvador. She is dying and my other relatives in El Salvador want access to a drug called Gliabel, which is supposed to be a chemotherapy patch. The hospital there has refused to order the patch. My relatives want to be able to order the patch but don't have information on how to get it since they live in El Salvador. I have been trying to help them to be able to order the patch, but have been unsuccessful in getting information on it. Please, I'm asking for help if anyone here can help me to get some information on the Gliabel Patch, manufactured by a company called MGE labs I think. Thank you.

I am so sorry about your relative. I have never heard about such a patch. But there is a lot I have not heard about. What I do know from personal experience is the GBM are very hard to treat. It would surprise me if a patch would deliver enough medication to be of help.

I hope someone has the information you are searching for. I will be praying for you and your family.

I am sorry to hear about your relative. I don't know anything about a patch, but I do know about Temodar. Have you heard of this chemo drug? It is an oral chemo that is VERY effective in GBM.
