Is the spinal stenosis new? Is it related to your cancer? It's difficult to assess the situation, but your medical team should be made aware if not already. In general, if it's not related to your cancer and it's not bothering you, then probably you can just monitor with your medical team. However, if it's new and related to your cancer, then maybe you should have it further evaluated by your medical team.

Sincerely,
