My gf has a small lump about the size of a dime on her upper inner thigh its somewhat hard and doesnt hurt her unless she squeezes it, also it doesnt really have a color like red or purple either. Could this be signs of cancer? and if so what kind? Im madly in love with her and worried for her any responses will be appreciated.

she also has cysts around that area also but she doesnt belive that it is a cyst.

No-one can make a diagnosis over the internet, and most people who read these forums aren't doctors anyhow (including me). There is no point in someone saying "oh it might be cancer" because there are so many things it might be. She needs to GO AND SEE A DOCTOR. There is no point in wating to see what happens, it's better to go straight away.

As it is said: "GET THEE TO A DOCTOR!!!!" It may turn out to be nothing to worry about. However, only a doctor who is actually seeing it can say what it is.
