50 year old, 4.5 PSA pre-surgery,
Radical prostatectomy with nerve sparing performed 9/05,
Gleason 7 (3+4), pTc2,
Carcinoma bilateral with 5% involvement both lobes,
Positive margins left peripheral resection margin and urethral apex shaved margin,
Negative pelvic lymph nodes, seminal vesicle, extraprostatic extension,
<0.1 PSA post-surgery

Radiation vs watchful waiting ? thank you

Watchful waiting until it goes over .2, then go for radiation. It's best to wait until you heal real good, radiation is not good for the healing process.
