3 or 4 days ago I had External hermoids and this is not the first time i've had it.

Well yesterday it was my friends birthday and I drank alcohol and I am sure that wasent a good idea.

Anways i wake up today and everything is fine until I head for the toliet. After having a rather normal stool, i notice blod on the toliet paper. I got a little worried, but thought it will go away. Well now its been a few hours since I went to the toliet and been having rather weird pains in my stomach. Anways i went to to the bathroom and its like really squiring out...

In addition, i've noticed a rather aweful smell in general and was wondering if this could mean anything?

If adviced to go to the doctor should i go ASAP? or should i wait it out a little bit as rather it could be just a normal hemroid process?

you have to trust your instincts,,something deoesn't seem right??/ get it checked out immediatly
PLEASE do so...and I'll pray that end results are negative!

You could have an infected hemorrhoid, which can happen. You should be seen soon.
