I have what seems like a little ball in my scrotum and am not sure if this could be cancer or not. it isnt a lump on one of my nuts, it seems to be completely seperate, or maybe connected by a string of tissue. if i lightly squeeze it it hurts too, and the things ive read say cancer is a painless lump. does anyone know what this could be ? or is it neccacary for me to get it checked. i feel a little awkward about going in and having someone i dont know fondle my junk.

Hello

While this may be the epididimus (a normal part of the testicle), if you feel uncomfortable you should seek medical attention. Most often it is nothing, but you never know.

regards,
Leo
