My dog has a malignant cancer in his mouth that bleeds constantly, is it possible that the cancer could transfer to me from the blood if it somehow gets in my body??

I recommend calling your vet and family physician for the answer..and do it now (is your dog being treated for this??)

well it is difficult to say
but cancer cant transfer like this, at least i think so
however please take your dog to a good vet and ask him about it for second opinion
