Male, 56, Melbourne Australia

I have had chemo, radio and a partial tosillectomy. The treatment finished almost 12 mths ago. For the last 2 moths I have been suffering a lot of pain in the back of and sides of my throat. I since had a PET scan where a white area was found. Have had 3 biopsies with no positive results. I have a PET scan scheduled and there is talk about surgery of the Lymph Node. My immune system is back to normal. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Sad

Cactis, I am very sorry about your cancer. I was wondering what type of cell and grade was the original cancer? I have not had a head and neck cancer but others who have may be able to help you better if they have that information.
