Hello. My name is Erick and I am 38. I just found out yesterday that a pre-existing mole on my inner left thigh that I noticed growing was a spindle cell melanoma.

I was told that it was .28mm deep and I am scheduled to have more of the surrounding tissue removed on April 9th.

I have done some research on the web, but all I can find concerning this cancer is very little. Does anyone know where I can obtain some more information pretaining to this kind of melanoma?

Also, I would like to talk with anyone that has been diagnosed with this form of melanoma. Thank you very much for your time.
